The numbers don't lie. Companies are just more profitable when their employees are healthy. In fact, a massive meta-analysis conducted through Harvard University showed that for every $1 spent on wellness programs, companies saved $3.27 in medical costs and $2.73 in absenteeism costs (showing a 273-327% ROI.)


Here are the programs I offer:


In the Nutrition session, we cover and define simple terms used in health and nutrition to give everyone an understanding of what we are talking about when we are talking about it. Then we take a deep look into University study, research, and review breaking down commonly heald nutritional myths to focus on what's important when eating for change. After that, we learn how to structure eating around your individual life, without restricting or cutting out foods you enjoy. Once you understand food, you can use it to shape your life instead of shaping your life around it. This is an hour session but could be condensed into a half-hour if needed.

In the Training session, we start by defining the difference between working out and training. Working out is exercising to get your heart rate up, break a sweat, and burn some calories. Training is a methodical approach where every single workout has a deliberate step in getting you to your desired goal. We look at study and research to look at what exactly the most optimal way to train is, and how to structure that around your individual life. This is an hour session but can be condensed into a half-hour if needed.

In the Adherence session, we cover the basic principals of our reward system as humans and how it can either help or hurt us in goal setting (inside and outside of health.) We then cover techniques that help build an unbreakable program backed by science and research. So no matter how short or long term your goals may be, nothing can get in the way to throw you off course. Ultimately, this is the most important key when understanding and taking control of your health.

In the Best Day session, we build small habits in your day from the second you wake up, to the second you put your head down on your pillow at night to rest. From waking up feeling refreshed and clear, building the perfect breakfast to power you through your day with clarity and focus, working with passion, learning, playing, training, recovering, drinking, all the way to getting the best night sleep you've ever gotten so you can do it all again the next day. Build the perfect day, and you build the perfect life.

In the Three Pillars four-part series we will be breaking down all key factors in building total health around each individual's lifestyle. This is broken into four sessions, the welcome session introducing the Three Pillars and setting expectations, and a session focused on each pillar (Training, Nutrition, and Adherence.) Each session is 40 minutes dissecting the topic through research and study to show proven methods to change one's life. This includes Q&A and action items each week if participants would like to engage and practice the methods we learn about.
